QUiCKR readouts quantify all types of genetic sequences, from large insertions or deletions to single nucleotide edits and viral genomes. QUiCKR’s PCR-free technology leverages CRISPR’s transcleavage to detect target sequences with a fluorescent readout. We measure CRISPR’s highly specific kinetic rates to accurately quantify the amount of each sequence targeted.
